My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were clean and spacious, but unfortunately sandwiched between noisy neighbors. The service was friendly and accommodating, reminiscent of a favorite TV character. The location was pleasant but noisy, and the dining had a good variety despite some shortcomings. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel offers a convenient location, near the train station and the city center. The walls in the rooms are very thin, allowing for sound travel, which could be bothersome. The all-inclusive dining experience was satisfactory with a wide variety of options available, but service seemed to vary based on the type of guest. Housekeeping and tour assistance were efficient, although the staff sometimes worked long hours.
The hotel was absolutely spotless, which was my main concern. However, the noise levels from other guests were quite high at times. The location was excellent, and I couldn't find any faults with the hotel. The dining experience offered a wide variety of delicious food choices.
